Meeting Schedule:

The Board
generally meets once a week, on Wednesday evenings, except holidays.  Occasionally a meeting may be cancelled or rescheduled for various reasons, (ie. member availability, vacation, other unforeseen circumstances, etc.)

You must confirm the meeting date for which you intend to submit by email:

The deadline for submission is the Friday prior to the meeting. Please contact us to confirm availibility for your submission.
Urgent requests can be accommodated if time permits.

Board members require
approximately one week to review the protocol and then initial documentation of the review will be sent to the submitter/sponsor within one week of the ERB meeting (for a general turnaround time of 2 weeks).
